1 Unit(s) head of cauliflower
4 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 Tablespoon(s) salt
Cut out and discard cauliflower core and thick stems. Trim remaining cauliflower into the size of golf balls.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and cover with generous amounts of olive oil and salt.
Roast in oven for 1 hour at 450F, until cauliflower becomes golden brown. (That's caramelization process converting the natural sugars into sweetness. The browner the cauliflower, the sweeter it will taste.) Turn once or twice during roasting.
Serve and eat.
